How

do I use LendFirm®?

LendFirm® can be used by consumers to assist in the purchase of large ticket items. If approved for a loan, LendFirm® will provide credit that can be used to make purchases at our merchant partners’ online or retail stores.


Where

can I use LendFirm®?

LendFirm® is an exclusive service provided to our merchant partners. Our services can only be used when making a purchase through our merchant partners, and should not be considered an open line of credit.

How

do I sign up for LendFirm®?

Currently, LendFirm® is only available to consumers through our merchant partners; however, it’s quick and easy to apply while purchasing from our partner locations. In order to apply for a loan, you must initiate an application through our merchant partners’ online or retail store.

Application Questions

How

do I apply for a loan?

The only way to apply for a loan is to initiate an application through our merchant partners’ online or retail stores.


What

do I need to apply for a loan?

The loan process requires minimal information in order to verify your identity and establish a credit amount. You will need to provide either a valid US driver’s license, passport, or state ID; your most recent bank statement; perform an online bank verification and in certain cases your most recent paystub or proof of income. LendFirm® may also require further documentation to verify your information.


If

I have bad credit, can I still apply?

Whether you have poor credit from bankruptcy, no credit history or bad credit LendFirm® will take a holistic approach and evaluate consumers on a number of different criteria in order to make an approval decision. Our belief is that a credit score is only one piece of the puzzle when looking at an individual’s creditworthiness.

Does

LendFirm® perform a credit check?

LendFirm® does perform a hard credit inquiry during the application process. Inquiries may or may not affect your FICO score. For many people, one additional credit inquiry (voluntary and initiated by an application for credit) may not affect their FICO score at all.


How

will I know when I have been approved?

Online applicants will receive an email notification when approved.


Can

I apply for another loan before I have paid off my current loan?

LendFirm® will accept applications from current borrowers. However, your current balance and payment history will have an impact on the approval decision and the amount of credit that can be extended.


Loan Questions

Will

I receive emails and/or text messages from LendFirm®?

LendFirm® uses email and text communications to keep you informed of your approval, payment reminders, loan confirmation, promotions, and more. This makes it very important that you receive all email communication from LendFirm® concerning your account. To ensure you receive important emails from LendFirm®, please add our email address – cs@lendfirm.com – to your address book as a trusted contact.


Why

did LendFirm® charge payment(s) before I received my item?

To make sure that there are funds available in your account, LendFirm® charges your account on the days that you are paid. Payments do begin on the pay-date after you checkout, and it is perfectly normal to make at least one payment before you receive your item. Our vendors handle all orders and shipments and should be contacted for updates.


Does

LendFirm® charge any fees or interest?

As with any lender, we do  charge interest to be determined upon approval. We currently offer interest rates starting at 4.95% APR and as high as 18.95% APR. We offer 6, 12, 18 or 24 month term loans that are payable in equal installments. We do not charge any origination fees or early prepayment penalties.


How

do I return and get a refund for my purchase?

A refund must be made directly through our merchant partners. Once a return has been accepted by our merchant partner, LendFirm® will refund any payments made less any return fees charged by the merchant partner. If the return fees exceed the total amount of payments made, then payments will not be refunded and you will still be required to maintain the payment schedule until the remaining balance is paid in full.


What

happens to my payments if the merchant gives me a partial refund?

Any refunds that are applied to your account by our merchant partners will be applied to your account and adjustments will be made. Upon application of the refund, you are still required to maintain the payment schedule until the remaining balance is paid in full.


How

do I provide payment information to the Customer Service Department?

Please call 888.763.3898 or email cs@lendfirm.com to speak with a representative. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9 am – 6 pm CST and Saturday from 10 am – 2 pm CST.  In order to protect your privacy, please do not email or fax any credit card or bank information to our Customer Service Department.


What

happens if I pay off my loan early?

Simply put, nothing. You will not incur any pre-payment penalties or other charges should you choose to pay your loan off early.

What

if I do not have the money in my bank account to satisfy my upcoming payment?

You must contact us immediately to set up payment arrangements. If your debit is returned unpaid from the bank for any reason, we will initiate recovery procedures immediately.


How

do I dispute a purchase on my LendFirm® account?

Please contact client services at 888.763.3898.


When

are my payments due?

Your payment schedule will mirror your pay dates from your employer or pension provider. Your schedule can be found in your loan documents.


How

do I make my scheduled payments?

We make paying your scheduled payments as easy as possible. All payments are withdrawn directly from the checking account you provided when applying for your loan. Payments are withdrawn on the same schedule as your regular payment schedule from your employer.


Will

you send me billing reminders?

LendFirm® does not provide billing reminders or billing statement as your payment will be withdrawn directly from your checking or savings account following the loan schedule provided to you when you originated your loan. Your schedule can be found in your loan documents.


What

if I need more time to pay my bill?

What

IF I do not agree with the amount on my bill. What should I do?

How

do I close my account?

Simply pay your entire balance and your account will close automatically.

Where

can I review my LendFirm® account information?

Not only is our application process easy, so is account maintenance. At any time, simply login to our customer portal to view your balance, payment schedule, documents and more.


What

if I forgot my password?

You can reset your password by clicking on the Forgot Your Password? link on the account login page. Please call 888.763.3898 or email cs@lendfirm.com to speak to one of our customer representatives for additional help.

What

if I forgot my username?

Your username will be the email address you used to create your account. Please call 888.763.3898 to speak to one of our customer service representatives to retrieve your username.


How

do I update my customer profile, employer information or bank information?

Please call 888.763.3898 or email cs@lendfirm.com to speak to one of our customer service representatives to update your customer profile.
